Mike Holman

Mike has lived in the Canterbury District for nearly 30 years. He works part-time at a local supermarket in the city and, when not working, greatly enjoys painting and drawing.

Mike has spent many years as an active supporter of trade unions, both within his own workplaces and beyond.

Mike is keenly involved in local environmental activism, he wants to do everything within his power as a City Councillor to see the beautiful and precious environment of our district protected and is keen to see our council put in far bolder plans to play a stronger part in reversing the climate crisis.
